Renovation/Construction costs for Urgent Care Clinic

  • The Allen Nokes Center remodel began in August 2022.
  • There will be three new urgent care exams rooms, procedure room, shared registration, waiting area and support space. This will be in addition to the orthopedic surgery’s existing four exam rooms and procedure room.
  • The clinic will be walk-in only and is expected to be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
  • More than 45 percent of the 6,538 emergency room visits at St. Luke’s McCall in 2019 were considered ‘less urgent’ and could have been handled by an urgent care clinic.
  • Projections anticipate serving 8,000 people per year in the urgent care clinic, increasing capacity by an additional 2,000 visits per year.
  • The opening of the urgent care is projected to be in July 2023.
  • Parking lot improvements will begin in summer of 2023.
