- Offset negative cash flow for physician expenses due to implementation of new electronic medical record EPIC.
- Due to increased emergency department visit increases we implemented a new model for emergency department physicians.

Patient Care Impact
- Reduce emergency department patient wait times
- Goal is for patients to see the physician less than 20 minutes after arriving in the emergency department.
- Improved emergency department patient satisfaction and likelihood to recommend survey scores conducted by Press Gainey.
- Consistently ranking in the top 80 percentile or greater when compared to other emergency department survey scores conducted by Press Gainey.
